As followers of Jesus Christ we are called into fellowship with other believers. We should do so because it helps strengthen our faith and enables us to more effectively share the good news of God's grace with all people. Deciding on a church where you will plant your life is an important decision. It can also be a very difficult decision to make with so many excellent Christian churches from which to choose in our area. Is First Baptist the right church for you? The answer to that depends on several factors including: theology, philosophy/objectives, compatibility, and call. First let's consider theology.
